What happens to the details you give us

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email address if you add one, and what you wrote about your problem. When you book a call, the booking service, Cal.com, shares your name, email and the time you picked.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, hold the call you booked, and follow up about that conversation. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who else handles it

Form messages are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. Bookings are managed by Cal.com. Email is handled by Google, and this website is hosted by Cloudflare. Each of these services processes your details only to deliver the message or booking, under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and delete them on request.

Your choices

Write to hello@avishka.in to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within one working day.
