How it works

Build. Run. Hand over.

Three stages, with a clear test at the end. Everything we set up is in your name from the first day.

Build

We look at where customers find you, how enquiries arrive and where they get lost. We agree the scope and milestones in writing, then set it up.

What you do
Give us access, show us how things work today, and name one person who will own it.
What you get
The setup listed in your offer, every account created in your name.
Typical time
Usually 2 to 4 weeks

Run

Your team uses it with real customers. We watch the numbers each week and fix what isn’t working.

What you do
Run it day to day and join a 30-minute review each week.
What you get
A weekly tracker. If a milestone or dependency moves, you see it that week.
Typical time
Usually 4 to 8 weeks

Hand over

When it passes the handover test, we train your owner, hand over the written guide and step back.

What you do
Run a normal week on your own to pass the test.
What you get
All logins, a plain-language guide, a trained owner and a one-page numbers sheet.
Typical time
The final week

The handover test

What “working” means, before we leave.

We don’t hand over on a date. We hand over when all of these are true.

  • It has run for three straight weeks with your team in charge and us only watching.
  • In each of those weeks, enquiries or orders got a reply within the time we agreed at the start.
  • Your named owner has run a normal week alone, using the written guide.
  • Every account, login and file is in your name.
  • You have a one-page sheet with the numbers we agreed to track.
Handover checklistIllustrative example
  • Every account and login in the client’s name
  • Written guide covers daily, weekly and monthly tasks
  • Named owner trained, and has run the system alone
  • Three straight weeks with the team in charge
  • Replies within the agreed time, every week
  • One-page numbers sheet agreed and handed over
The project is done when every line is ticked, not when a deadline passes.

During the project

You always know where it stands.

We agree milestones in writing before work starts. Each week you get a short update and a 30-minute review. If something outside our control moves, like a vendor or an approval, you see it on the tracker that week, not at the deadline.

Next step

Tell us what keeps breaking.

A 30-minute video call. You describe the problem, we tell you whether we can fix it, and if not, who could.
